TunnelQuiz uses credit-based pricing. One credit is one candidate, one sitting, and unproctored tests are free on every paid plan. Each plan comes with a monthly credit allowance - 50 on Free, 150 on Essential, 250 on Pro - and you can top up anytime at ₹15 a credit.

There is a free plan rather than a trial: 50 credits every month, one seat and ten papers, with screen-capture proctoring on every attempt and no card required.

Essential at ₹1,499 and Pro at ₹3,999 a month, both exclusive of 18% GST, plus a Business plan quoted on your volume. Essential proctors and proves identity, Pro adds the AI - question generation, grading, chat interviews and Live Follow - and Business adds webhooks, an SLA and a dedicated manager. Plan credits roll over for as long as you are subscribed - they never expire month to month - and credits you buy never expire at all. If your subscription ends, your balance is held for three months, so resubscribing inside that window brings every credit back. The Free plan is the exception: its 50 credits arrive on the 1st and expire at month end.

Yes. Top-ups are ₹15 a credit plus GST at any quantity from 50, the same price on every paid plan, and they never expire. AI credits are ₹65 each from 10 up, on Pro and Business. Purchased credits are spent after your monthly allowance.

A test will not start until you top up. The pricing page shows exactly how many more credits you need, and you are never charged for a partial attempt.

Yes. On any active plan, running an assessment with proctoring turned off never uses credits, subject to a fair-use limit.

TunnelQuiz can take camera photos through the test and capture screen views periodically, to confirm the right person is testing.

Yes. Candidates are told what will be watched before they begin, so nothing is captured without their knowledge.

Camera photos and screen captures are kept for 30 to 90 days from the test date, depending on the plan: 30 days on Free, 60 on Essential, 90 on Pro and Business. Answers and scores are kept for 3 years, or until you delete them, whichever comes first. You can also ask us to delete candidate data sooner. The details are in our privacy policy.

Yes. Shareable report links are view-only with no login required, and you can turn a link off at any time.

Only the team members you give access to. Team roles let you limit who sees proctoring footage and flags, and who only sees final scores.

Yes. Results and reports can be exported at any time, to keep or share with your team.
